How do I make a Manual Quotation ?

First you’ll need to create a Client within your Freightalia account. This is the Customer you’ll be sending quoations to.

On the main go to clients tab, on the top right corner you will see a button called Manual Quotation, when you click system will take you to another screen where you can create your own customized manual quotation.

Under this page you will see:

Select the Client you want to send this quotation to.

You’re also able to change the quotation number, change the Date of Issue, and validity. 

Next step, let’s add some things to this Quotation! If you already have created Items in your Matrix, clicking in the Item field will show you a list. If not, just type any line of text.

You can choose the currency for every Item and choose the amount.

Now we can add some Notes  to the quotation. Here you can add generic extra charges or specific conditions to this offer.
