Company Profile

By clicking on Company Settings on the left menu, go to Company sub-tab

Company Name - This is the name that is displayed on quotations and in emails to your Clients.

Address and Business Phone - Everything in the boxes will appear on Quotations under your Company Name as the “return” address. 

Email - This is a required field. The email address entered here is what your Clients will see as the “reply address” from Freightalia emails.

Account URL - This is the URL that you have registered for your Freightalia account. Your Clients, your Staff, and you can log in to your FreshBooks account with their own unique login credentials.

NOTE:- This URL can be changed up to three times per year.

Changing your account url changes direct links and your login page. Direct links pointing at your old account urls will NOT work anymore.
